Preorder items will be shipped from the month listed on the product page at the time of placing your order. Should there be any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will update you by email on any changes to the arrival date.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with email title 'Order Cancellation' and your order number. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been shipped, but we will do our best to facilitate a return, after receipt of the order.

If you change your mind for any reason, we will happily accept your return within fourteen (14) days subject to the following conditions. 

• A returns request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days
• The item/s will be returned to us within thirty (30) days from date of shipment.
• International customers within sixty (60) days. 
• The item/s are unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
• The item/s must have all original tags attached
• The item/s are not Final Sale

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We offer exchanges for a different size only. If you wish to exchange for a different item, a gift card/store credit will be issued.
