Order Processing
Our dispatch team operates between business hours Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We aim to dispatch express orders placed before 12.00pm on the same day. During peak holiday and promotional periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days processing time on your order.
We always prioritise shipping an order from one location; however, if this isn't possible, the order will be split between multiple dispatch locations.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
STANDARD SHIPPING
STANDARD SHIPPING Australia Wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are within 3-5 days. $10.00 Flat rate.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer EXPRESS SHIPPING within Australia for a flat rate of $15 via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are within 1-3 days.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
SAME DAY SHIPPING is available for metro Sydney addresses on orders placed before 11am for a flat rate of $20. Only available Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday for a same day arrival.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via Fedex EXPRESS with an estimated arrival time of 5-10 working days and are charged at a flat rate of $70.
DUTIES & TAXES
U.S. : Your duties & taxes are included in your shipping fee. You will not be charged additional fees on arrival into the country.
ALL OTHER REGIONS: Shipping cost and duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
We believe the best pieces become part of your life — worn often, loved deeply and kept for years. We hope every VARNA piece becomes one of them. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer a credit note, exchange or refund for return requests made within 14 days of receiving your order:
- Items purchased at full price (or full price items purchased using a promotional code or welcome code) are eligible to be returned for exchange, credit note or refund.
- Items purchased with a sale markdown of 50% or lower are eligible to be returned for exchange or credit note only.
- Items purchased with a sale markdown of 50% or higher are not eligible for return.
- Items purchased as part of our Archive Sale are not eligible for return.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Should you want to return your VARNA order, VARNA does not refund original shipping fees, nor offer free shipping to cover your return/exchange parcel.
Original labelling must be attached, and the garment must be in its original condition. Garments must not have been worn or washed.
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
